I work alongside your family for a defined period of time to help implement the recommendations we've identified. Depending on the situation, that might mean establishing new routines at home, identifying the right resources or outside support, monitoring progress, or adjusting the plan when something isn't working as expected.
The goal is to close the gap between knowing what to do and actually getting it done.
